It manages to control Sugar levels if you are not taking other forbidden meals heavily like Rice. My grandparent is taking it regularly and have no side effects.

    An important rasayana herb useful as alterative tonic, anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, adaptogenic and hepatoprotective.

    Gokharu

    In Ayurveda, this herb is known for its diuretic, aphrodisiac and anti-urolithiatic properties. Useful in urinary disorders, as diuretic and tonic.

    Shuddha Shilajeet

    Shilajit is a Rasayana – a rejuvenator that helps in general physical strengthening, immune system strengthening, arthritis as well as for treating many other conditions. Possesses antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and analgesic activities.

    Ashwagandha

    Found to be tonic, diuretic, anti-inflammatory, thermogenic, tonic, adaptogenic, neuroprotective and rejuvenator.

    Rasna
